ingredients:
krailay : 2-3 long
onion: medium sized 4-5
goat/chicken ;2 pounds
turmeric half tsp
salt 1tsp
red chilli powder 1tsp
1 tomatoes
2-3 green chillies
wash n dry the karilay
cut in the middle and take out the seeds
cut into thin slices
fry the thinly sliced karilay in oil
after frying all of them ...crush them with hands
now take 2-3 table spoons of oil n refry the crushed krailay
if using chicken : add chicken at this point :add spices (keep salt less in amount than usual)
and keep bhonofying
incase of goat boil the goat first and then add
now thinly slice all the onions
keep adding a handful of onions at a time and keep bhonofying
when the onions starts to change color(sweat)
add more onions
keep repeating till all the onions are added
at this point add a tomato and couple of chillies and bhonofy some more
after the tomatoes are done
karailay handi is ready
