Lemon Drizzle cake

 ingredients:

self rising flour 1 cup+1/3cup


butter 1 cup

eggs 4

milk 4 tbsp

sugar 1 cup

baking powder 2 tsp

lemon zest of two lemons 

drizzle:

2/3 cup sugar

juice of 2 lemons

method:

mix eggs , flour, butter, sugar, milk, zest and baking powder '

beat with a beater for about 1 minute

bake at 320 for 35 minutes

drizzle with lemon juice n sugar mixture.

use two bread loaf or a brownies square mold of 30 centimeter of circular bowl

now add milk 1/2 cup +4 tbsp milk 

now bake it @350 for 25-30 minutes

preapre malai and pour over cooled cake.

Sirka ½ cup, cheeni 2 tea spoon, chilli sauce 2 table spoon, soye sauce 2 table spoon daal ker, 1 jug yakhni bhi daal dein. Josh aanay tak pakayin. Phir namak aur pissi hui kaali mirch daal ker corn flour paani mein ghol ker daalein. Phir aanch band ker dein aur aanch band kernay k baad, phittay huay anday daal dein aur garam garam serve kerain! Ye 6 bandon k liay hai… ------

karailay gosht

ingredients:
   krailay : 2-3 long
   onion: medium sized 4-5
   goat/chicken ;2 pounds
  turmeric half tsp
  salt 1tsp
 red chilli powder 1tsp
 1 tomatoes
  2-3 green chillies

wash n dry the karilay
cut in the middle and take out the seeds
cut into thin slices
fry the thinly sliced karilay in oil

after frying all of them ...crush them with hands
now take 2-3 table spoons of oil n refry the crushed krailay
if using chicken : add chicken at this point :add spices (keep salt less in amount than usual)
and keep bhonofying
incase of goat boil the goat first and then add
now thinly slice all the onions
keep adding a handful of onions at a time and keep bhonofying
when the onions starts to change color(sweat)
add more onions
keep repeating till all the onions are added
at this point add a tomato and couple of chillies and bhonofy some more
after the tomatoes are done
karailay handi is ready

Roasted Cabbage



 Roasted Cabbage

Ingredients
  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste (I used about a tablespoon of each)
Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Slice the cabbage starting at the top of the head so that the inner pieces for circles within the slices. Aim for ¼-1/2 inch slices.
  3. Oil a baking sheet with 1 tablespoon of the oil. Place the cabbage on the baking sheet and drizzle with the remaining oil. You may need to melt it if using a solid oil like coconut oil or tallow.
  4. Sprinkle with desired spices (it is even delicious with just Himalayan salt !) and place in the oven.
  5. Roast for 35-40 minutes or until tender in the middle and sides are just starting to turn golden brown. Remove and serve.
